Working closely with merchandising, marketing, and creative teams, I helped develop the full scope of the brand voice and communication guidelines while writing all web, email, and support copy. This end-to-end content package included homepage and UX copy, collection and product descriptions, email marketing, social content, packaging, and customer service materials.

As the agency's Lead Production Writer, I worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to turn complex top-sheet product data into clear, compelling customer copy. I wrote weekly and seasonal promotions, as well as specialty catalog content, for HBC's national marketing strategy, ensuring all copy aligned with the brand's goals and maintained a consistent voice across all channels.

Produced all product and collection-level copy for the watch line, including SEO-optimized names, PDP content, video overlay copy, FAQs and information pages. Each piece was crafted to help customers understand design features and benefits, highlight personalization and craftsmanship, and create an easy and informative shopping experience.

This 12-part blog series about birthstones and their meanings, was developed to educate readers, boost brand visibility, and increase engagement. By connecting gemstone education with featured products through keyword-rich customer-focused content, each post helped support ongoing SEO performance goals and improve organic search rankings.
